Rebels Rock with GSPR at COSMOS

There was plenty of GLAMOUR at the Cosmo Woman of the year awards on November 2nd at banqueting house, London. GSPR represented top client Rebel Rocks backstage in the exclusive Montgomery Ellis Gifting lounge. Some of the hottest celebs including X-Factor's Konnie Huq, Strictly Come Dancing's Flavia and Jimi Mystery were introduced to some of the UK's best brands.

The celebrities were like magpies around the stunning Rebel Rocks Coctail ring collection, and couldn't wait to try them all on.

Former Destiny child star, Michelle Williams said she wanted a ring from her future husband to be just like the one she chose from the Rebel Rocks collection, and Shayne Ward actually got down on one knee to propose to Rebel Rocks founder-Suzi.

The Ceremony acknowledged the achievements of celebrities and real life women, winners included Katie Piper, Alexandra Burke, Fearne Cotton, Katy Perry and Nicola Roberts.

AWARD WINNING PR AT THE MOBOS

It was a long journey over to Liverpool to celebrate the 15th year anniversary of the MOBO awards, but it was worth going the distance.


One of the biggest music events of the year, was a celebrity fest with stars including Nelly, JLS, Jermaine Jackson, Billy Ocean and Tinie Tempah!

The beautiful Rochelle from top girl group - The Saturdays added a bit of glamour in amongst all the male stars and was wearing the most amazing black sparkly shoes - GSPR has to admit that we really wanted a pair!

GSPR was delighted to support some of our top clients in the Montgomery Ellis Gifting Lounge, including the beauty treatment taking the nation by storm- Lava Shells, international professional skincare line, Pevonia Botanica and male cosmetic range Carmasutra!- for the man who loves his car.

MOBO TV were filming backstage to record all the action and GSPR was delighted to be interviewed with Strictly come dancing star, Ricky Whittle.

Winners on the night included, JLS who took the award for best album, N-Dubz who were awarded best song for playing with fire and best newcomer went to Tinie Tempah.

GSPR Support Jodie Kidd Foundation Golf Day

Jodie Kidd's Annual Charity Golf Day and Gala dinner is always a star studded event and this year was no exception.

GSPR was delighted to support Jodie again this year to help raise money for The Jodie Kidd Foundation in aid of The NSPCC, Monsoon Trust and Fredricks Foundation. Despite the rainy weather, Jodie's celeb pals, including Dragons Den star Peter Jones, GMTV presenter, Andrew Castle and footballer, Jamie Redknapp enjoyed 5 hours on the GoodWood Golf Course.
 

Before teeing off the celebs enjoyed hot towel shaves from expert barber Gavin Ashley, hot lava shell massages from beauty expert Clare at Shared Beauty Secrets and goody bags from SBC.

The evening kicked off with a champagne reception at the breathtaking Goodwood House. We then enjoyed a sumptious three course dinner before the auction began.

Over £42,000 was raised in the auction alone, so a fantastic result for the charities.

Auction prizes included a private polo lesson with Jodie and Jack Kidd as well as a week away at the Kidd's Barbados holiday home, including first class flights.

Lingfield Park also kindly donated a weekend away for two at their beautiful racecourse, golf, hotel and spa.

It was a pleasure to support such an amazing event, and I am already looking forward to next year!

MOBO AWARD NOMINATIONS

 I was delighted to attend the MOBO Award nominations on September 8th, at The exclusive MayFair Hotel, London, to represent three of my clients, Rebel Rocks, Lash-Is and Lingfield Park Race-course, hotel and Spa.

Simon Cowell's ex, Sinitta and the award winning lead singer, Tulisa, from N-Dubz, were just two of the exciting celebrities to attend this star studded event organised by Montgomery Ellis.

A mix of the hottest international and UK artists came together for the award nominations party, hosted by radio one DJ, Reggie Yates.

The MOBO awards recognise achievements in black music, and this year the awards are celebrating their 15th year anniversary. Kanya King, MBE, CEO and founder of the MOBO's, started the award ceremony back in 1996.

At the exclusive back stage gifting suite, just a small number of the UK's top brands were invited to meet the celebrities, introducing them to their products and services. All my clients were thrilled at the response they recieved backstage from the celebrities.

Katharine from Lingfield Park was delighted to arrange a celebrity Spa visit as a result of connections made backstage. Kanya King was so impressed by Rebel Rocks that she has chosen a ring to wear on the red carpet for the awards and is also booked in to have eye-lash extentions, with Chrissy from Lash-is.

The 2010 MOBO award winners will be announced on October 20th at the Echo Arena in Liverpool.

GSPR SUPPORT BORIS JOHNSON BALL

GSPR was delighted to help support Boris Johnson's charity ball on Wednesday 1st September at the prestigious Hurlingham Club in Fulham. TV presenter and former apprentice star Kate Walsh joined us at the event with partner Phil Taylor who she met on the show. Kate looked stunning in a pale pink off the shoulder dress with black lace detailing.

The event raised an amazing £60,000 for the Mayors fund for london which helps support underpriveldged children. Kate co-presents Live at Studio Five weekdays on channel five from 6:25pm.

GSPR TO SUPPORT BORIS JOHNSON BALL

I am really looking forward to attending The Mayor of London's Charity Masked Ball tomorrow at the exclusive Hurlingham Club in London..

GSPR were approached to support the celebrity PR for a Movie Role Auction at the event.

I have my mask and ball gown ready and will be attending with my close colleague Michele.

The event is in aid of The Mayor's fund for London, which in it's first year helped 6,400 of London's most vunerable children.

With such a worthy cause I really hope that tomorrow evenings Ball will raise a considerable amount of money for the charity and I am honnored to be part of such an event.

BACTSTAGE AT T4 ON THE BEACH

It was incredibly exciting working with top client Montgomery Ellis backstage at T4 on the beach 2010 in Weston Supermare.

Over one hundred celebrity guests spent time in the exclusive gifting suite and were spoilt by brands including Miss Selfridge, Storm, Lava Shells, Hush Puppies and DJ Hero!

I was epecially delighted to see Gok Wan and the stunning Alexandra Burke who looked so beautiful as she always does. It was also lovely to spend time with the journalists from popular magazines inclusing Heat, Company, Grazia and Look.

Jedward and Louie Spence ( from Pineapple Dance studios ) caused the most fun and commotion backstage! Louie is so hilarious and had everyone in stiches as he was gifted by the brands.

He decided to take a pair of ladies shoes from the gorgeous new hush puppy range as he felt he could get away with wearing them! Celebrities includng The Saturdays all enjoyed a hot shell massage from Lava Shells, the newest spa treatment to reach the UK and most stopped to have a go on the new DJ Hero game.

Gorgeous Star PR, was giving out gorgeous mini star cupcakes kindly provided by cupcakes online, who are already a firm favourite with Peter Andre.

Since the event there has been TV coverage every week on T4, I recieved lot's of messages from people who saw me on TV, but sadly I missed that episode.

The event was a fantastic success with all celebrities and brands having a great time. There were so many camera crew filming we look forward to seeing even more coverage on N-Dubz and The Saturday's TV documentries as well as the postcards from T4 series.
