Most importantly you will have fun and make new friends. We will offer the opportunity during the week to also participate in other activities such as clay pigeon shooting, archery, trout fishing or quad biking, things you may not have tried before or may not get the time to do enough of.

Our Chef will provide you with nutritious and delicious calorie controlled meals and snacks. The quality and flavours of the food provided is such that you won’t feel deprived or be left feeling unsatisfied.

After a fun day of exercise, in the evenings we will provide the opportunity for some well deserved pampering. Our experienced beauty therapists will be available at your convenience for total relaxation. You may also enjoy a swim or time in the Jacuzzi or Hot tub to ease any aches or strains.

We understand that weight loss can be challenging, but we are here to help you every step of the way, not only during your stay, but with continued support afterwards. An intimate space and relaxed atmosphere for guests and visitors to enjoy a tipple in front of our open fire, fill up with a snack or light meal from the classic Polo Bar Kensington menu, or watch the latest sporting action on the big screen TV.

The Hotel’s Jam Cupboard Restaurant is both Stylish and laid back with a fabulous New York-style central bar that’s perfect for an early-evening cocktail. The stunningly-designed Jam Cupboard is one of Kensington’s newest restaurants and is an ideal venue for a relaxed lunch or supper.
